It is cast-not-set, with five pear-shaped grey rose-cut diamonds and six brilliant cut diamonds in solid 18ct yellow gold. Comes up a UK size K 1/2 on a standard ring sizer, but can fit a size L due to the fact the band is narrow and has been shaped to a slight oval rather than completely round.
